Martial Arts disciplines taught by Activ8:

Jujitsu

Ju Jitsu means ‘the art of flexibility’ and uses the opponents strength and force of attack as a weapon against him, thus enabling a stronger or bigger attacker to be subdued.

It is one of the most effective and complete martial arts there is, dating back over 2500 years, and incorporates karate, taekwondo, Kung Fu, aikido, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, slef defence, filipino martial arts and Krav maga!

Kickboxing

We also offer kickboxing classes. Kickboxing is a dynamic activity that will improve your overall fitness, confidence and discipline.

You will learn how to defend yourself in a different manner and you will be participating in an exciting sport that will burn fat, get your heart racing and tone up your physique in a friendly, professional environment. Not everyone enjoys going to the gym so why not try kickboxing to get the body of your dreams?
